1. What is web hosting?
The World Wide Web (internet) is a massive collection of web sites. All of these are hosted on computers (called web servers) all over the world. The web server where your web site's html files, graphics, etc. reside is known as the web host. Clients simply upload their web site files to a shared (or dedicated) web server, which the hosting company maintains typically in a data center.
2. What do I need to get my business online ?
Simple. Two things. 1.A domain name. 2.A web hosting account. We will even design your web pages, if you don't have any.
3. Can you design my pages? Do you have references?
Yes, we can design your pages professionally. We have several top websites in the USA that are our clients. Please email us and we will send you references. Alternatively, you can see client testimonials in the web design page.
4. Does FogHost.com provide domain name registration services ?
Yes. We do offer domain name registrations. Simply click on the link from our home page. Currently we have several promotional offers for both new registrations and transfers. We do accept domain transfers from other registrars.
5. Why FogHost.com doesn't provide ManageDNS services for Free?
In most cases you do not need to manage DNS services yourselves, as we manage all those for you when you get a hosting package from us. 
6. What if I don't have a domain Name? I am new to this Internet world.
You can simply register your domain name from our home page and point to our DNS servers. In most cases you will get discounts when you get both domain name registration and web hosting with us.
7. How is web hosting service being administrated (carried out)?
All our servers are located in a highly secure building with power backups and are administered by several technical people who provide support round the clock. You simply sign up and we provide you with the necessary server space and you will get an email with instructions on how to connect to it. You will simply upload your pages and you are online. We will maintain the servers and apply anti-virus software and other maintenance software to keep your web pages secure and safe.
8. When will my server be ready after I place my order ?
Usually within 24 hours or less after your order has been placed and verified. We email and verify each order to ensure the accuracy of the order placed and to confirm if the signup is legitimate.
9. I need more space, can you give me additional space ?
Yes, additional space can be purchased at a low price of $ 2 / 100MB.
10. Any additional fees on your services ?
None. All fees are included and paid upfront. We will not charge you any other fees or taxes.
11. What if I don't like the service ?
Simply cancel it. We will refund your money for the entire remaining period, if you have an economy plan that is over $75. No questions asked. (Refunds are not available on plans that are paid monthly  and domain registrations). Your credit card will no longer be billed. You must cancel services prior to the next billing cycle.
12. Will the server go down ?
NO. All our servers maintain 99.9 % uptime.
13. Do you give money back if I do not want your services any more ?
YES. Simply email us and we will refund your money. We believe in providing the best customer service and we are confident that you will be satisfied with our hosting service. But for any reason, if you are not satisfied, then we will return your money. Please note all domain registration fees are non-refundable. Also all Economy Plan fees, and month-month dedicated server plan fees are non-refundable. Please see terms and conditions and billing policies for more information.
14. Does FogHost.com offer technical assistance (support) ?
YES. 24/7.
15. What operating system do you use on your servers ?
We use Red Hat Linux Enterprise edition OS. This is a the most stable OS in the market today. All our servers are DELL machines with Intel Processors. In our dedicated servers section we also offer windows operating system.
16. Do you allow IRC services on your servers ?
NO, not on our standard servers. This is to keep the high speed connectivity for all other clients. However, if you need that service, please email us and we will get you a special standalone server plan.
17. Do you allow adult content on your servers ?
No, we do not allow pornography on our servers at this time.
18. What is the charge for going over allotted bandwidth ?
$ 2  / GB.
19. How do I pay ?
We offer simple and easy solution. Simply use your Credit or Debit card and pay online. This is faster and more convenient than other methods. You can also mail us a personal or business check or money order. All your payments are processed via paysat, which is our payment processor at the moment. You can also pay using paypal. Simply click on the order now under Paypal icon.
20. Is it safe to pay online ?
YES. We have a secure card processing system with high encryption and it is very safe to order online.
21. Can I pay in other currency?
YES. You can also pay in any other currency you choose. Simply select the proper currency on the checkout page. All payments are by default processed in US dollars.
22. Can you send us an invoice or transaction receipt  ?
YES. Please email us and we will send you one.
23. Can I pay by Direct Deposit or bank transfer ?
Currently we do not accept these forms of payments, since we offer convenient online payments.
